2. Acceptance of GTC

The purchase of a product or service on our platform implies an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these GTC.

3. Description of the Package

Upon purchasing this package, the buyer gains access to various digital files, including, but not limited to, 2D textures, 3D clothing, and .obj, .FBX, .script files.

4. Use and Non-Redistribution

It is strictly prohibited to redistribute, share, or commercialize any file included in this package. This includes textures, clothing, and files. Any violation of this clause may subject the offender to legal consequences.

5. Non-Refundable Nature

The products for sale are digital assets and, therefore, non-refundable. No requests for returns or refunds will be considered after purchase.

6. Obligation to Purchase from Original Creators

For any use of the assets in other projects, whether personal or commercial, the buyer is required to acquire the assets and licenses directly from the original creator(s).

7. Protection of Content

The works and products offered for sale are protected and duly registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Any fraudulent use will result in legal action.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to international commercial law. Any disputes regarding their interpretation or implementation will be the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
