Born and raised in Manchester, I now live in North Wales.

My creative career has spanned over five decades, giving me experience in just about every aspect and level of the publishing industry. Now retired from the day-to-day pressures of client-led work, I invest my time in exploring and writing about smartphone photography, running workshops and speaking to groups such as camera clubs, photography events, and businesses.
