Digital delivery
We sell digital products, including downloadable planners, checklists and templates. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your files or access instructions will normally be available on Payhip’s download page. A download link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please enter your email address correctly and check your spam or junk folder if your receipt does not arrive. If you cannot access your purchase, contact lifeadmin.tools@gmail.com with your order details so we can help.
Any software or account required to use a product will be stated in its product description. Please check the file format and requirements before purchasing.
Refunds
Please review the product description and previews before purchasing.
If you change your mind before downloading or accessing your product, contact us to request cancellation and a refund. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law.
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, receive a damaged or incorrect file, cannot access your purchase, or find that the product materially differs from its description, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide a working file, replacement or refund, as appropriate.
To request assistance or a refund, email lifeadmin.tools@gmail.com with:
- Your name and the email address used at checkout;
- Your order number and product name; and
- A brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
