Our Gripen comes with a highly detailed exterior model. Every panel, texture, and surface is accurately represented. It captures the aircraft’s realistic look down to the smallest detail.

Details

Our Gripen project is built with incredible attention to detail. It features accurately modeled components, including parts of the radar and advanced avionics, making it one of the most realistic and polished aircraft ever created for Roblox.

Avionics

We are trying to model most of the parts and simulate them in terms of crash phisic and other failures

Weapons

Our Gripen project is planned to be equipped with fully simulated and scripted AIM-9M (RB74M) missile and may later integrate the AIM-120 (RB99) for enhanced capabilities.Also with an PS/05A radar wich will be fully Modeled.

JAS39C Grippen

The JAS 39C Gripen is a multirole fighter aircraft developed by the Swedish company Saab. It is an upgraded version of the original JAS 39A, featuring advanced avionics, improved radar systems, and the ability to carry a wider range of weapons. The “C” variant is fully NATO-compatible, with in-flight refueling capability, enhanced navigation, and more sophisticated electronic warfare systems. Known for its agility, low operating costs, and short takeoff and landing abilities, the Gripen C is widely regarded as a versatile and cost-effective fighter for modern air forces.

Camos

Splinter

The Gripen’s splinter camo is used by Sweden’s Flygflottilj F 7, providing low-visibility camouflage with its angular, muted-tone pattern.

Brasilian

The Brazilian camouflage pattern was applied to the JAS 39 Gripen primarily for export purposes, reflecting the customization for the Brazilian Air Force rather than standard Swedish operational use.

Standard

The splinter camo is mainly also used by Swedish Air Force Gripens in F 7 Såtenäs and F 17 Kallinge fighter squadrons.

Current Progress

MFDs and HUD

We successfully recreated the MFDs and HUD exactly as they appear in real life.
The result is a 1:1 digital replica with full realism.
Day / Night mode

We added both day and night modes for missions.
This allows seamless switching between daytime and nighttime operations.
Missle system Progress

We have finally completed the first version of our missile system, a fully simulated AIM-9M.
The biggest breakthrough was the propagation navigation system, which calculates the optimal path to the target.
Effects

We already have effects like afterburners, and vapor effects will be coming soon, so stay updated!

We are mostly focusing on making the model accurate to also ad things to do for the ground crew
