Akashic Records cannot always be accessed simply because a reading has been requested. There may be circumstances in which I receive an indication that I am not permitted to access your Records at that time.

This can happen for various reasons—for example, your spirit guides may not want certain information revealed to you at this particular point in your journey, or I may not be the person indicated to deliver that information to you.

I will always know when I am not permitted to enter your Records, although I do not necessarily receive an explanation as to why access has been denied. If this occurs, I will let you know that I am unable to access your Records and your payment will be refunded.

💫 Refund Policy

All sales are final, and I do not offer returns or refunds except in the specific circumstance described above: if I determine that I cannot access your Akashic Records. If I am unable to access your Records, I will notify you and refund your payment.

Otherwise, once your Akashic Records Reading has been purchased and the reading process has begun, no returns or refunds are offered.
