⋆  Do NOT redistribute my packages in any way. This includes sharing, trading, uploading, leaking, or giving the package/files to anyone else. If you're gifting a model to a friend, please put their Discord tag and/or VRC name when purchasing!

⋆  Keep all of my models PRIVATE. Do not upload my models publicly or make them accessible to others. This includes public avatars, public worlds, or any other way that allows people to access the files.

⋆ Do NOT claim my work as your own. Please don't remove my credits or make it seem like you created the model/assets yourself.

⋆ Do NOT take, reuse, or redistribute any parts of my avatars. This includes meshes, assets, textures, materials, edits, or any other parts of the model. If you see something you like and want to use it for your own project, please ask me or check the credit list to find the original creator!

⋆ Do NOT resell or repackage my models. You may not sell, trade, bundle, or include my models/files in another product.

⋆ Do NOT upload my files to asset-sharing sites, file-sharing servers, or public repositories.

⋆ Please keep my credits intact. If you're using one of my models for content creation, screenshots, videos, streams, posts, etc., just credit me! ♡

⋆ You may make personal edits to your purchased model, but those edits are still for your personal use and cannot be redistributed or resold.

⋆ No refunds on purchased models. Please make sure you understand what you're purchasing before buying. If you have any questions about a model, feel free to ask before purchasing!

⋆ If a model contains assets from other creators, their TOS still apply. Please check the included credit list and follow the original creators' rules as well.

⋆ Do not use my models/assets for anything that violates the TOS of VRChat, the platform you're using, or the original asset creators.

No uploading the model to commission services where someone else receives the files unless you explicitly allow it.

⋆ If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ASK FIRST. I'd much rather you ask me than accidentally break the TOS. ♡

TOS violations may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.
