The African American Demiocratic Clubs of Maryland, Inc, was founded in 2009 as a Social Service Organization to empower and engage the African American Community of Harford County Maryland with the Maryland Democratic Party. From the onset the purpose of the Club is to set and support policies that address the concerns of the African American Community within and without the Democratic Party and in conjunction with our progressive and activist partners throughout the State of Maryland.
