2. United States Sales Only and Age Requirement
Our products are offered for purchase only to individuals located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not knowingly market or sell Agent Money Maker products to customers outside the United States. We may decline, cancel, or refund an order that appears to originate outside the permitted sales area.

Agent Money Maker provides downloadable educational materials designed primarily for experienced real estate agents. Products may include digital e-books, guides, prompts, scripts, checklists, templates, and related resources.
Current product titles may include:
Listing Price Reset Kit
Simple Video Kit
Past Client Kit
Relocation Referral Kit
One-Neighborhood Kit
After successful payment, the purchased product is generally delivered electronically through Payhip or by an email containing access or download instructions. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for downloading and securely saving your purchase.
If you experience a legitimate access problem, contact Support@lisascourses.com. We may verify the purchase and resend access. Device, software, email-provider, or internet issues outside our control do not create an automatic right to a refund.
4. Payments, Checkout, and Taxes
Purchases are completed through Payhip. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method made available through Payhip. Lisa Hendley LLC does not receive or store your full credit card number, security code, or complete payment credentials.
We may receive transaction information needed to fulfill and support your order, such as your name, email address, billing address, product purchased, purchase date, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund or dispute information.
Applicable taxes, if any, may be calculated and collected at checkout. Your use of Payhip and Stripe is also subject to their separate terms and privacy practices.
5. Refund Policy
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED SITUATIONS BELOW.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we generally do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits based on change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with personal results, device compatibility, or failure to implement the material.
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us promptly. After we verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge.
Verified Accidental Purchase
We may consider a refund for a genuine accidental purchase when the customer promptly contacts us and provides information reasonably requested to verify the circumstances. Approval is not automatic and will be decided case by case.
Technical Access Problems
A technical access issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. We will first attempt to restore access or provide a replacement download. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right available under applicable law.
6. Email Communications, MailerLite, and CAN-SPAM
Transactional Emails
When you make a purchase, we may send emails necessary to complete the transaction, deliver the product, confirm payment, provide access, respond to support requests, give security information, or communicate material changes related to your purchase. These are transactional or relationship communications.
Marketing Consent and MailerLite
When you submit a MailerLite form that clearly states you are subscribing, your name, email address, form source, consent information, and related technical data may be added directly to our MailerLite subscriber group. We may then send newsletters, product tips, free resources, promotional offers, product updates, and occasional affiliate recommendations.
Submitting an order authorizes necessary transactional emails. Ongoing promotional emails will be sent only when we have a reasonable record of permission, such as a clearly disclosed signup form, an optional marketing checkbox, or another permission-based customer relationship consistent with our email provider's rules.
Marketing consent is separate from agreement to the purchase terms. Where an optional marketing checkbox is used, it should not be selected in advance and choosing not to subscribe will not prevent completion of a purchase.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email will include a clear unsubscribe method. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the email or by contacting Support@lisascourses.com. We will honor valid opt-out requests within 10 business days and generally much sooner through MailerLite's automated process.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, legal, security, or customer-service messages concerning a purchase or request.
Our Commercial Email Practices
For commercial email, we intend to:
Use accurate From, To, Reply-To, domain, and routing information.
Use subject lines that accurately describe the email.
Make the promotional nature of a marketing message clear.
Include our valid physical mailing address.
Include a clear and easy method to stop all future marketing emails.
Keep the opt-out method available for at least 30 days after the email is sent.
Avoid charging a fee or requiring more than an email address to process an opt-out.
Not sell or transfer an unsubscribed address except to a service provider helping us honor the opt-out.
Monitor email vendors and others sending messages on our behalf.

Third-party services control their own cookies and data practices. Review their privacy notices and settings for additional information.
9. Terms of Use and Intellectual Property License
Ownership
All Agent Money Maker products and materials are owned by or licensed to Lisa Hendley LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. This includes e-books, prompts, scripts, checklists, templates, graphics, branding, product names, written content, and downloadable files.
Limited Internal Business-Use License
A completed purchase grants the individual purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased materials for the purchaser's own internal real estate business. The purchaser may adapt scripts, prompts, checklists, and ideas for use in the purchaser's own work with clients, subject to applicable law, licensing rules, brokerage policies, and these Terms.
This license permits implementation of the information in the purchaser's own business. It does not transfer ownership of the product or grant any right to distribute the original or modified files.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Share, forward, upload, publish, post, or give another person access to a purchased file.
Copy or reproduce a substantial portion of a product for another person or organization.
Resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or give away a product.
Repackage, rebrand, white-label, or claim authorship of a product.
Use the material to create a competing guide, course, prompt pack, membership, template pack, or other product for sale or distribution.
Remove copyright, ownership, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use the product for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or unethical activity.
Use account access, download links, or files in a way intended to bypass purchase limits or security measures.
We may suspend access or pursue available remedies when we reasonably believe a product has been shared, copied, resold, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.
Payhip Platform Terms
Payhip may present its own platform terms or end-user license during checkout. Those terms also apply to your use of the Payhip platform. The internal business-use license above is a separate license granted directly by Lisa Hendley LLC for Agent Money Maker content and is intended to clarify what the purchaser may do with our educational materials.
10. Educational, Real Estate, and Results Disclaimer
Agent Money Maker products are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
Real estate laws, licensing rules, advertising standards, disclosure requirements, fair-housing obligations, brokerage policies, forms, contracts, and market conditions vary by state, locality, brokerage, and transaction. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting the material and obtaining appropriate professional or brokerage guidance before using it.
We do not guarantee income, commissions, leads, listings, appointments, referrals, closings, sales volume, conversion rates, business growth, or any other result. Results depend on individual effort, skill, experience, follow-up, market conditions, budget, compliance, implementation, and factors outside our control.
Testimonials, examples, sample language, and illustrations are not promises or guarantees of typical or future results.
11. Affiliate Disclosure
We may occasionally recommend third-party products or services using affiliate links. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Lisa Hendley LLC may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. An affiliate relationship does not create a guarantee, endorsement of every feature, or promise that a product or service is suitable for your circumstances.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Products Provided As Is
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted access, or specific results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Hendley LLC, Agent Money Maker, and their owners, officers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or claims arising from your implementation of the material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a specific purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, acts, omissions, or performance of Payhip, Stripe, MailerLite, Google, Meta, YouTube, internet providers, email providers, or other third-party services.
13. Changes, Availability, and Termination
We may update, correct, modify, replace, reprice, discontinue, or remove a product or feature at any time. We do not promise that a product will remain available indefinitely or that a download link will remain active forever. Keep a secure personal copy of your purchase.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, enforce these Terms, respond to fraud, address unauthorized sharing, or comply with law.
14. Governing Law and General Terms
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any legal action that is not required to be brought elsewhere will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These policies, together with product-specific terms presented at purchase, form the agreement between you and Lisa Hendley LLC concerning the Services and products.
15. Updates to These Policies
We may revise these policies from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective or last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through the Services when appropriate.
