Colours are permitted, when it comes to design please use for only base design, how clothes of a certain way follow a certain design, change it up in most ways you can.

If i have no plans to remake that particular avatar(s), and you have 3000 people in your discord 1000 in your group and you have asked privately/shown privately the full planned design then, if i feel it still represents that avatar ill say yes but clarify in all titles this isn't an official remake.

That is permitted just include it in the checkout form the username(s) as displayed in VRChat not how you type it.

This isn't permitted unless they have bought/own the package/files to that product already before you share anything, uploads/edits/conversions are offered in my discord server my Administration i can't legally do it due to VRChat TOS.

If it's mix and matching my avatars that TOS/TOU is above, with putting it onto other avatars that is not by me that is prohibited.

With the nature of kit-bashing it is almost guaranteed to happen, if two creators are using one of my assets its permitted and please don't go after each other INSTEAD edit the asset to your hearts content so its more original, in the case of me and another creator using the same asset i will have edited the asset to be more original to my version of it.

If you accidentally did it, please open a ticket in my discord server with in 24 hours to let me know about the wrong info input, if intentionally i will remove your access to said project and future products.

This is the only time i will allow a refund, please contact me through tickets in my discord server.

With the more products i sell/give out the less i am going to be able to keep up with support for everything once items are 3 years old they will be archived, or if a trusted third party wants to offer support i will allow them to.
