Akiharutsuke (秋春漬け) 

"Pickling autumn and spring" 

秋 (Aki) means autumn.

春 (Haru) means spring.

漬け (Tsuke) means preserving.

It represents the idea of preserving or blending the essence of both seasons. A harmony between autumn and spring, capturing the transitional beauty or the cyclical nature of time. 

It symbolize the balance of two different seasons—autumn's fading beauty and spring's fresh start—merged into one, as if both are being preserved together.
