How to Get Your Ebook

1. Download straight after paying

After your payment, you are taken to your download page. Click the download button next to each file to save it. If you bought a bundle, download every ebook listed.

2. Get it through your registered email

An email receipt with your personal download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Open it and click the link. It works anytime, so you can download your files again later.

3. Paid, but left the download page and no email arrived?

Your purchase is safe.

Step 1: Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

Step 2: Check any other email address you may have used at checkout.

Step 3: Wait about 15 minutes, as emails can arrive late.

Step 4: Still nothing? Email us at albertgreeene@gmail.com with:

Your full name

The email address you used at checkout

The date and time of your payment

The amount you paid

The book or bundle you purchased

Your transaction ID or order number

A screenshot of your payment confirmation

Please hide your full card number in the screenshot.

Once we verify your payment, we will send your ebook to you, usually within 24-48 hours.
