About Me

Malek Najm Ghaleb

Malek Najm Ghaleb is the founder of Alchemist Ways and the creator of the Alchemist Ways Map, a practical framework for moving from emotional reactivity toward greater awareness, integration, sovereignty, and creative agency.

His work grew from a deeply personal exploration of the patterns shaping his own life.

Through that exploration, he began recognizing how the ways we learn to protect ourselves can quietly become the ways we relate, react, and make choices—often without realizing it.

What began as an effort to understand his own emotional reactions gradually became a deeper inquiry:

What becomes available within us when our patterns no longer choose for us? And what becomes possible in our lives when we begin meeting what lies beneath them?

This question became the foundation of Alchemist Ways.

An artist at heart, Malek has always been drawn to the possibilities of transformation. Whether through music, painting, cooking, or creative exploration, he finds expression in bringing something new into being.

His journey has also been one of discovering hope in places where hope seemed absent—and recognizing that even our most difficult experiences can become openings for something unexpected.

For Malek, creativity isn't limited to art. It's the possibility of participating in life more freely, expressing what is true, and creating without constantly seeking approval or permission to be ourselves.

Today, Malek's work brings together self-awareness, emotional intelligence, inner integration, and conscious creation. Through his writing, personal guidance, and community, he invites people to recognize what's been choosing for them, develop a different relationship with themselves, and discover greater freedom in how they live, connect, and create.

He believes transformation isn't necessarily about becoming someone else or adding more to who we are.

Sometimes, it's about emptying—slowing down, making space to meet, feel, and experience more of what is already here, and what has always been here.

It's about cultivating self-awareness and the capacity to meet ourselves more fully, without abandoning our present-moment experience.

A practice of returning to what is here—alive and pulsing—with honesty, openness, and a growing sense of inner safety, so that more of who we are becomes available to life.

Still enough to see. Free enough to create.
