My name is Ale’a Kashara, and before anything else, I am a mother to an amazing little boy who changed my life in ways I never imagined. Motherhood introduced me to a deeper kind of love, but it also introduced me to healing, rebuilding, and rediscovering myself in private.

I created Healing Her In Private from a very real place. A place of learning how to keep showing up while carrying heartbreak, disappointment, pressure, growth, and silent battles that many women face but rarely talk about openly. This journal was born from prayers, reflection, tears, faith, and the decision to choose myself again — softly and honestly.

My hope is that every woman who opens these pages feels seen, safe, and reminded that healing is not linear and it does not make you weak. Sometimes the strongest thing a woman can do is quietly rebuild her life while still pouring love into the people around her.
