Alex Rich

My name is Alex Rich and I live and work in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I have a background in chemistry, construction as well as bodybuilding. When the pandemic hit the country and all were faced with lockdown conditions, fitness goals had to be met in a different way. I was inspired to create a line of weights to use and sell at an affordable price in the midst of the price gouging and long wait times of most other fitness companies. My line of products is an adapted answer to a need that most gym goers are experiencing.  I have also put together an ebook outlining my techniques and procudures so any one can produce high quality barbell weights.
