A little about me
Briefly, let me explain how I got into the Airbnb business. At one point I found myself with an empty unit in my multi unit property, hesitant to sign another long term lease. Some friends told me about Airbnb and I decided to just jump into the business blindly.
My first month I had 26 booked nights out of the 30, and ever since then I've been able to keep a 100% occupancy rate on my units. I made double and even triple in one month as opposed to what I was previously charging in rent. At this point I knew… I must duplicate this system and teach others on how to do the same!
