All products sold on Alicia Evans are digital photo files. Because these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, all sales are final once an order has been completed and the files have been delivered/downloaded.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

• You receive the wrong file(s) that do not match the product description.
• The file(s) are corrupted or cannot be accessed, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement.

Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device(s) before purchasing. We are not responsible for issues arising from device limitations, user error, or failure to download/store the file(s).

Chargebacks

As digital files cannot be returned, initiating a chargeback after receiving your product may be considered fraud. We provide detailed delivery records (including download logs and timestamps) to payment processors to dispute such claims.
