Purchase Terms and Refunds

PRODUCT AND PRICE

The Simple Lead Generation Playbook by Frank DiMasi is a one-time digital product priced at $15 before applicable sales tax. It includes the 34-page workbook PDF; eight-page printable worksheet pack; editable Excel worksheet pack; five-page quick start with completed fictional examples; seven-slide PowerPoint walkthrough; and recording script. A recorded video, lead database, insurance consultation, recruiting presentation and ongoing coaching subscription are not included.

SINGLE-READER LICENSE

A $15 purchase permits one reader to read, print, annotate and reuse the worksheets for that reader's own work. Copyright ownership is not transferred. Do not share purchased files with additional readers, upload them publicly, resell them, or distribute them through shared folders, email lists or groups. Applicable statutory rights remain available. Organizations need a separate written team license for the agreed reader count.

DELIVERY AND ACCESS

Successful checkout supplies a Payhip receipt and individual download access. Use the email address where you want the files. An optional promotional subscription is not required. Eligible PDFs are configured for buyer-specific email and purchase-date stamps. The initial limit is five download attempts per file. These measures discourage sharing and cannot prevent screenshots or forwarding downloaded files. Keep individual links private.

LEGITIMATE ACCESS SUPPORT

For a broken or expired link or an exhausted limit, email frankdimasi@alimas-legacy.com with your order ID and checkout email. Frank can verify a legitimate purchase and restore access through Payhip. Send no card numbers, bank credentials, passwords or identity documents in ordinary messages.

PROPOSED SEVEN-DAY REFUND POLICY

Request a refund within seven days of purchase if the product does not fit your needs. Contact Frank with your order details. This policy awaits owner confirmation before launch. Applicable consumer rights remain available. Once a purchase is refunded, paid-file access may be disabled and any downloaded files should no longer be used or redistributed under that refunded license.

ACCURATE PRODUCT SCOPE

The book teaches a business-development process. It does not supply consumers who have requested insurance quotes and does not guarantee leads, customers, sales or income. Examples are fictional teaching examples. Apply the material within your own professional scope and the rules governing your work. No employer, association or professional organization endorsement is implied.
