Our Work in Action

See the impact of our creative cognitive and music sessions with dementia-focused support in real settings.

We work with hospitals, care homes, community organisations, and individuals to deliver engaging, person-centred sessions that inspire joy, reduce isolation, and enhance well being. Here are just a few of the ways we've made a difference.

Case Study One

We provided a 4-week introduction to Cognitive Stimulation Therapy programme for Worcester Warriors Foundation Dementia Cafe.

The Outcome

The out come of this programme had very positive feedback. We worked on four difference themes each week and you can see the beautiful results of our Art & Craft activity, which was creating Mandala patterns with leaves and flowers.

The Group Dynamic & Session Engagement

Read all about our group dynamics and how participants engaged in each session.

Session Feedback

We received fantastic feedback from the Worcester Warriors Foundation team and participants families.

Case Study Two

We provided our Music and Cognitive Activity programme (MACA) at Pershore Community Hospital. Zoe visited each week for a 3-month period.

Patient Stories

The groups varied each week as some patients were well enough to go home. Here are the stories of two of the group members that attended.

Overall Group Feedback

It was wonderful to hear the feedback from various patients that had attended the group!

MACA Programme Data

The therapy team used the Pittsburgh Agitation Scale to measure the change in behaviour of patients during our programme. The graph shows the agitation scores of those attending the group, which you can see clearly shows a decline in agitation. We were all very pleased with the results!
