Pastor Randall is the Senior Pastor of Impact Ministries located in Houston Texas. He and his wife Tammara Randall are the founders of Emerge Training where they certify Counselors and Chaplains across the country.

Pastor Randall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and is currently pursuing his Master of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling from Christian Bible Institute Seminary. He is a Certified Christian Counselor and a Certified Christian Chaplain. He and his wife both counsel in the areas of grief, blended families, marriage and communication/conflict resolution.
