1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between

(hereinafter "Provider") and consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (hereinafter "Customer") for the purchase of digital products.

2. Products

The Provider offers digital products such as:

• PDF guides and eBooks
• Digital travel guides and planning materials
• Other downloadable digital content

The exact description of each product is available on the respective product page.

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the purchase button, the Customer submits a binding offer.

(3) The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the order via confirmation email or provides access to the digital product.

4. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros (€).

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately and processed via the available payment methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal). Payment processing is handled by Payhip.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

(1) Delivery is made exclusively in digital form.

(2) After purchase, the Customer receives access or a download link via email.

(3) The Provider may limit download access to a reasonable number or timeframe.

(4) The Customer is responsible for saving the files.

7. Rights of Use

(1) The Customer receives a non-transferable right to use the product for personal use only.

(2) The Customer may not:

• resell or distribute the product
• share it publicly
• reproduce, translate or modify it

All rights remain with the Provider.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

(1) The Provider is fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury.

(2) For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

(3) The Provider does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content.

10. Right of Withdrawal

General Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires immediately once the contract has been performed, provided that:

• the Customer has expressly agreed that delivery begins immediately, and
• the Customer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal

By completing the purchase, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been granted.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products delivered instantly, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not possible after purchase once access has been granted.

11. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

The Provider is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

13. Final Provisions

German law applies.

Der Anbieter bietet digitale Produkte an, insbesondere:

• Digitale Reiseführer und Planungsmaterialien
• Sonstige digitale Inhalte

3. Vertragsschluss

Der Vertrag kommt zustande durch Bestellung und Bereitstellung des Produkts.

4. Preise

Alle Preise sind Endpreise in Euro (€).

5. Zahlung

Zahlung erfolgt sofort über Payhip.

6. Lieferung

(1) Lieferung erfolgt digital.

(2) Zugang erfolgt per E-Mail.

(3) Kunde ist für Speicherung verantwortlich.

7. Nutzungsrechte

Nur private Nutzung erlaubt. Weitergabe, Verkauf, Anpassung, Übersetzung oder Veröffentlichung ist untersagt.

8. Gewährleistung

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

9. Haftung

Haftung nur im gesetzlichen Rahmen.

10. Widerrufsrecht

Allgemeines Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben grundsätzlich das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen zu widerrufen.

Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts bei digitalen Inhalten

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig, wenn:

• der Kunde ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass mit der Ausführung begonnen wird
• und bestätigt hat, dass er sein Widerrufsrecht verliert

Mit Abschluss des Kaufs stimmt der Kunde ausdrücklich zu, dass die Bereitstellung sofort beginnt und bestätigt, dass er dadurch sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.

Rückerstattungen

Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit digitaler Produkte, die sofort bereitgestellt werden, sind Rückerstattungen nach dem Kauf ausgeschlossen, sobald Zugriff gewährt wurde.

11. Streitbeilegung

Keine Teilnahme an Streitbeilegungsverfahren.

13. Schlussbestimmungen

Es gilt deutsches Recht.
