General Use

• Alwaystipsyy's products are only for VRChat use.
• Always credit with a hyperlink to the product/store page.
• Absolutely no refunds will be accepted due to being digital files.
• Purchases are only done on payhip or jinxxy.

Avatars

• You may never share packages with friends, family. None.
• You may not resell my models even after editing.
• You may not use for commercial purposes unless discussed with alwaystipsyy.
• Avatars may not be made public. Only private.
• You may not use my models to asset mine or rip assets off of the model. You must purchase all assets which are credited in the description.
• You may not reuse edits ripped from my avatars.

Assets

• My assets may be used on public/free/nitro/commercial avatars.
• You may not resell my assets.
• You must properly credit me (alwaystipsyy) with a proper hyperlink to store or said asset.
• Do not take credit for my work.

Important Information

• Your liscense will be revoked if you do not give proper information at checkout.
• You may not use anything made by alwaystipsyy if you are banned.

Extra: If you cannot pay for products due to price. You may open a ticket in the discord and ask for a discount.
