About Me

Meet Amarea: A Holistic Health & Wellness Educator

Amarea’s journey into health and wellness began at a young age, sparked by the discovery that breast cancer ran in her family. Motivated to take control of her health and empower others to do the same, she pursued studies in kinesiology and psychology, laying a strong foundation for a lifelong commitment to holistic well-being.

Amarea has partnered with organizations such as Second Chance Group Home (food education, self love, regulation), Project Search (communication, soft skills, job skills, movement and health), Sunlight Village (yoga and meditation, self love, regulation), and Children’s Medical Center (yoga and meditation), among others. Through workshops, group trainings, and wellness programs, she has helped transform countless lives.

Above all, Amarea believes in the power of self-improvement as a path to community healing— and in the divine truth that everything we need to thrive has already been provided by God.

She began her professional career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, leading a diverse range of classes including dance cardio, circuit training, yoga, cardio kickboxing, meditation, and functional training. Amarea deepened her expertise through mentorships and advanced study, training under renowned professionals such as Jenna Pennington (NASM – Functional Training) and Jory Serota (Yoga Mobility Therapy).

Her thirst for knowledge led her to study anatomy and Bioenergy Meridian Massage under FOHOW, with esteemed educators including Natalya Yegizaryan (Spine Flow Practitioner), Nadezhda Lapteva (Onistaziologist-Resuscitator), and Dr. Pan Hongfei (Senior Lecturer, American Branch of FOHOW Corporation). She also immersed herself in holistic health education, learning from influential figures such as Dr. Llaila Afrika (Psychotherapist/Naturopath), Queen Afua (Holistic Practitioner), Orisha Oshun (CEO, I’m Surviving Vegan), and Yahki Elohim (Ph.D. in Natural Health Science).

Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Amarea’s work centers on empowering individuals to fight disease and restore balance through food, movement, and self-care. Her holistic approach emphasizes the body’s natural ability to regenerate when given the proper tools and environment.

Mission

My mission is to inspire personal growth and community well-being through a holistic approach to health—mentally, physically, and spiritually. I believe that true wellness begins with self-awareness, and the more deeply we understand ourselves, the more clearly we can walk in alignment with our purpose. Through intentional practices and self-discovery techniques, I empower individuals to cultivate balance, unlock their potential, and contribute to a stronger, more mindful community.
