Amy Weidner

With almost a decade of experience in recruiting, Amy (originally from Ireland) moved to Berlin last year to pursue some of her passion projects. This year, she co-founded CWE Network. CWE is a nonprofit created to empower women from marginalised backgrounds in their career and on their job search. This is done through hosting free quarterly workshops, providing content and insights and connecting mentors to mentees. Amy is passionate about equality, and believes everyone should have access to information that will inform and empower them in their job search. She puts a large emphasis on salary negotiation as she believes equality at it's core starts with equal pay and equity.
