PRIVACY

Payhip and the payment processor selected at checkout collect the information needed to process and deliver your order. Enlighten Guide Press may receive your name, email address, purchased product, transaction status, and any support messages you send. We use this information only to deliver purchases, provide receipts and customer support, prevent fraud, process refunds, and maintain required business records.

We do not receive your full card details, and we do not sell or rent your personal information. Marketing emails are sent only when you separately consent. Payhip and your payment provider maintain their own privacy practices.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND PERSONAL USE

All products are digital. No physical item will be shipped. Delivery is provided through a Payhip download link.

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use only. You may download, store, read, and print the publication for your own personal use. You may not share, upload, distribute, resell, sublicense, alter for redistribution, or use any portion commercially, except as permitted by applicable law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

If you have trouble receiving, opening, or downloading a file, please contact us so we can help restore access.

REFUND POLICY

Because digital files are made available immediately and cannot be returned, sales are generally final once the product has been delivered. Please contact us within 7 days if the file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible after reasonable troubleshooting, the wrong product was delivered, or the product is materially different from its description. We will first help restore access or provide a replacement and may issue a refund when appropriate or required by law.

Duplicate purchase (will always be promptly refunded once we can see and verify it on our end—no worries). We will initiate the refund promptly; PayPal, your bank, or other payment provider controls how long it takes for the funds to appear in your account.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
