This varies depending on your country of origin. For UK orders it can be as soon as 24 hours due to Royal Mail but international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks.

If it has been over 4 weeks and your parcel has not arrived please contact me and I will see what I can do. Most likely it has been returned to me and we can discuss re-shipping.

The When the Stars Alight hardcover is a bespoke item and thus is handcrafted by the manufacturer over, at most, 13 working days. After that it is either delivered straight to you or to my house where I will have to prepare it for shipping. I appreciate the lengthy time might be frustrating but please keep in mind that we are often working with low stock and only process orders as demanded.

If you try and purchase a SIGNED copy and an UNSIGNED copy you will get charged twice for shipping. That's because unsigned copies ship from the manufacturer but signed copies come from my house. Please either pick one or the other unless you're fine with two different deliveries and covering shipping for both.

I ship to countries based on where my customers are typically located and as the profiles are set up manually by me I cannot account for every location. That said, I am more than happy to add your country to the list if you want to drop me a message!
