I’m Sherika Bull, founder of AnchorHer. I built a sober living home for women because I believe a safe place to land matters but what happens after you get there matters just as much.

At AnchorHer, I’m involved in the work: setting expectations, connecting women with resources, checking in, and dealing with the hard days that don’t fit into a nice success story. I care about the women who live here, and I’m going to be honest with them. Support and accountability belong in the same house.

I didn’t start AnchorHer because I had every answer. I started it, learned what I needed to learn, and kept going. That’s how I lead, too. Do the work.
