Having problem with downloading files comes mostly from using mobile devices. Downloading on mobile can be tricky sometimes. For example, you may have poor internet access, limited storage or other mobile limitations.

It all comes down to the way mobile and tablet devices handle downloading files. They're simply not well suited for direct downloads from mobile/tablet browsers - especially when the file is large. The usual process is to firstly download on PC/MAC and then transfer over to mobile/tablet.

In order to get around the mobile/tablet download issues, I increased the amount of download credits so you could have more elbow room if you encounter issues downloading.
