Andrew Brethour

Andrew is the Owner and Broker of Record of PMA Brethour - a leading New Home Sales Brokerage with a robust Research Consulting division. PMA Brethour has been serving the New Home Industry since 1964. Andrew is also a former Director and Executive of the Toronto, Ontario, and Canadian Home Builders’ Associations. He is the founder and former Chair of the Toronto and National SAM Awards, and recipient of the prestigious Maple Leaf Award honouring Canada’s top associate member.


Andrew is the recipient of the 1999 SAMMY Award for Sales and Marketing Member of the Year, Ontario HBA, and winner of the Riley Brethour Award, both nationally and locally as chosen by the Greater Toronto HBA (BILD). He was selected for the BILD Hall of fame in 2005.


Governor of Builder Marketing Society in the United States; Director of Real Net Canada; member of the International Lambda Alpha Society of Land Economists. In 2012, Andrew was the first Canadian named Legend of Residential Marketing by NAHB in the United States. He is also the author of the leading edge opinion piece on the real estate market Real Dirt and more recently the uplifting PMA Inspire newsletter.



Dr. Peter Andersen

An independent consulting economist specializing in applied economic forecasting and an economic keynote speaker. Current clients include a broad range of corporations and financial institutions in North America.


Peter provides strategic economic advice to senior management through boardroom meetings, video conferencing, email commentary, conference calls and the monthly Andersen Economic Report.


He is active as an economic keynote speaker at industry conferences in both Canada and the United States
