We offer a 7-day return policy on unworn and unused items. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition. Please contact us, if you have any concerns. We are not responsible for any damages that occurred during shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier's site. Be sure to provide an accurate email address, and to check your SPAM, just in case it goes there.

When we DO offer this service, you will be able to purchase them in various denominations. You will also be able to purchase them on our website and send them directly to the recipient via email.

Each product is delicate in nature. What that being said, we suggest that you use a warm damp cloth to wipe them. Be careful to not rub too hard. Soap is not recommended unless necessary. Watches - just wipe clean. We recommend following these guidelines to ensure your items stay in great condition.

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again!
Because we are brand new, items may sell out pretty fast. We are currently in the process of finding back-up vendors, so that we do not run out of stock. With that being said, if we are ever "out of stock", the hope is to have products back up within a week.
