Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition they were shipped. This includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, lingerie, and certain accessories may be non-returnable. Please check the product description for details, if applicable, or contact us, at the link provided, below.
How to Initiate a Return
Email our customer service team at support@andrisboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request is received, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Label
A pre-paid return label will be included with your order. Simply affix it to your return package, after you've spoken to a customer service representative.
Shipping Your Return
Package the item securely, including all original packaging.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, it must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
- How to Exchange: Follow the same steps as initiating a return. Indicate your desired exchange item in the message box, and we will assist you with the process.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
DUE NOTE: We reserve the right to deny returns not meeting the above criteria.
