I'm a coach, intuitive healer, channel, and author based in Calgary. I work with women who've been so busy being who everyone else needed them to be that they've lost track of who they actually are.

I know this territory personally. I spent years performing a version of myself that looked fine on the outside while something essential had gone quiet on the inside. It took 11 years, a lab in Germany, and a bathroom floor to finally start coming back to myself.

I work with women through private coaching, The Lifeline (ongoing WhatsApp support), one-on-one Come Back Home Sessions, and a growing library of workbooks and free tools built from my own story.
