Hello, I’m Sarah Louise the founder of Angelic Awakenings.

I’m a psychic medium, Reiki master, and breathwork facilitator who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their intuition, energy, and feel empowered.

For years I’ve guided people through powerful healing experiences that combine energy work, somatic breathwork, and intuitive development. Through my workshops and sessions, I help people release blocks, trust their inner voice, and deepen their connection to the spiritual world.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned through my work is that intuition isn’t a “gift” reserved for a few people it’s something we all have. Sometimes we just need the right tools, practices, and supportive space to remember how to access it.
