This refund policy applies to digital products sold by Angelo Angueira through this Payhip store.

DIGITAL PRODUCT

Model Y Mastery is a downloadable digital PDF. No physical product will be shipped. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A refund may be provided when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

• You received the wrong file.

• A technical problem prevents you from downloading or opening the file and the problem cannot be corrected after reasonable assistance.

• The product is materially different from its description on the sales page.

• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are not generally provided because of a change of mind, failure to read the product description, or an expectation that was not included in the product description.

REQUESTING ASSISTANCE OR A REFUND

Please contact electricupgradeev@gmail.com within seven days of purchase. Include the email address used for the order, your order or receipt number, and a brief description of the problem.

I will make a reasonable effort to resolve technical issues before issuing a refund. If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method. Access to the digital product may be revoked after the refund is processed.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
