Yoga teacher, meditation guide, reiki master, life coach & facilitator. 

I am on a mission to help people reconnect with their Heart's Intelligence and navigate the the messy in-between seasons of life with a practicality that doesn't dismiss the intangible and an approach to spiritual practice that doesn't negate our humanity.

I love creating and holding spaces for presence and self-reflection, where we feel safe to show up exactly how we are, and deepen our understanding and connection with ourselves and Life.
