My debut memoir, You Cannot Make This Shit Up, is a collection of the moments that shaped me—the beautiful ones, the heartbreaking ones, and the ones so ridiculous that even I have trouble believing they happened.

I believe there's power in telling your story, even when it's messy, uncomfortable, or completely unfiltered.

And if there's one thing life has taught me, it's that sometimes you have to laugh just to get through it.
