Products may include:
- Business administration templates and trackers.
- Regulatory and compliance checklists.
- Financial and operational spreadsheets.
- Risk management and control frameworks.
- Business planning and decision-support tools.

Each product page describes the relevant contents, intended use, format and available editions.
Customers should review product descriptions, compatibility information and licence conditions before purchasing.
3. Ordering and Payment
Products are purchased through our online store operated using Payhip.
Card payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
All prices are displayed in the applicable checkout currency, with any applicable taxes disclosed before payment.
AIS is not currently registered for UK VAT. Any VAT or sales tax collected and administered by a marketplace or payment provider will be handled according to that provider's applicable arrangements.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the purchase is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information needed to complete their purchases.
4. Digital Delivery and Access
Purchased products are supplied electronically through Payhip.
Following successful payment, customers will normally receive access to their purchased files through the checkout confirmation or download instructions.
Customers should download and retain a secure copy of their purchased files.
Where a download link expires, a technical issue occurs or a file cannot be accessed, customers may contact AIS for assistance.
Access may be subject to reasonable download limits or security controls disclosed through the purchasing platform.
AIS does not supply physical copies unless explicitly stated in the product description.
5. Product Licences
Purchasing an AIS product grants the customer a licence to use the purchased materials. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred.
The applicable licence depends on the product, edition and any additional licence document included with the purchase.
5.1 Standard Edition
Unless the product-specific licence states otherwise, a Standard Edition permits the purchaser to:
- Download and use the resource for their own personal or internal business purposes.
- Complete, edit and adapt working copies for those purposes.
- Save and retain completed working files.
- Make reasonable internal backup copies.
A Standard Edition does not permit resale, public distribution or commercial redistribution of the original templates.
5.2 Professional Edition
Where a Professional Edition is offered, any additional permissions will be described in its product-specific licence.
These may include defined professional, team or client-service uses.
Purchasing a Professional Edition does not automatically grant unlimited redistribution rights, resale rights or permission to distribute AIS templates as standalone products.
5.3 Product-Specific Licences
Where a product includes a separate licence agreement, the product-specific agreement governs the permitted use of that resource in the event of a conflict with the general licence provisions in this section.
Additional licence conditions must be made available before purchase where they materially affect the customer's permitted use.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, AIS retains the intellectual property rights it owns in its original products, including their design, structure, original written content, original formulas and accompanying documentation.
Customers must not, without appropriate permission:
- Resell or redistribute the original files as standalone products.
- Upload the original templates to public file-sharing or template marketplaces.
- Rebrand AIS products and offer them as their own commercial templates.
- Claim ownership of AIS intellectual property.
- Remove copyright or licence notices from materials being redistributed where redistribution is authorised.
Customers retain ownership of their own information entered into purchased resources.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over third-party materials, official government information or other content that AIS does not own.
7. Offline Use and Customer Information
AIS digital resources are intended to be downloaded and completed on customers' own computers.
Customers may enter financial, personal, business or operational information into these resources.
AIS does not automatically receive, access or store information entered into locally used products.
Customers remain responsible for:
- Protecting sensitive information entered into their files.
- Maintaining appropriate access controls and backups.
- Checking information entered into templates.
- Managing the confidentiality of their completed documents.
- Complying with applicable data protection requirements when using personal information.
If customers voluntarily send completed files to AIS for assistance, any personal information shared will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Product Functionality and Compatibility
Customers should check that they have compatible software and equipment before purchasing.
Excel-based products may require a compatible version of Microsoft Excel or another application expressly identified as supported.
Some features may not operate identically in alternative spreadsheet applications.
AIS aims to provide products that function as described and will address verified defects in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should follow any supplied user guides and instructions.
9. Professional and Regulatory Information
AIS products may provide administrative guidance, compliance checklists, financial models, workflow tools or other business information.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these products do not constitute personalised legal, accounting, tax, investment or regulated financial advice.
Customers remain responsible for applying relevant rules to their own circumstances and for obtaining professional advice when necessary.
Regulatory requirements, official guidance and business practices may change after a product has been published.
Where a product is presented as reflecting requirements at a particular date, that date should be considered when assessing its suitability.
Nothing in this section excludes AIS's responsibility to supply digital content that meets applicable statutory requirements.
10. Accuracy and Customer Responsibilities
AIS seeks to provide accurate, practical and clearly described digital resources.
However, the results produced by a spreadsheet or template may depend on information entered by the customer and the assumptions or methodology described in the product.
Customers should review outputs before relying on them for material financial, regulatory or operational decisions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they input is correct and for determining whether the resource is appropriate for their intended circumstances.
These responsibilities do not reduce customers' statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsuitable in circumstances protected by law or not as described.
11. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights
AIS sells digital content supplied electronically.
Where a UK consumer purchases downloadable digital content online, the usual cancellation period is generally 14 days from the date the contract is entered into.
If the customer expressly consents to immediate supply during that period and acknowledges that the statutory cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the cancellation right may end when supply starts, subject to applicable legal requirements.
AIS will not treat the cancellation right as lost unless the necessary legal conditions have been satisfied.
Customers retain their statutory rights in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include repair, replacement or an appropriate price reduction, including a refund where legally required.
Our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy provides further information about how to request assistance, cancellation or a remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer protections.
12. Updates and Product Versions
AIS may publish corrected, updated or enhanced versions of its digital products.
Unless expressly stated in the product description or licence, a purchase does not automatically include unlimited future editions or upgrades.
Where an update is required to meet an applicable legal obligation, AIS will provide the remedy required by law.
Any optional upgrade arrangements will be explained separately.
13. Customer Support
Customers may contact AIS regarding:
- Download or file-access problems.
- Missing or corrupted purchased files.
- Product functionality concerns.
- Licence clarification.
- Refund or cancellation requests.
- General purchase enquiries.
Customer support email: info@annainnovationssolutions.com
When contacting AIS, customers should provide sufficient purchase information to allow the enquiry to be investigated.
Customers should avoid sending sensitive personal, financial or confidential business information unless necessary.
14. Liability
AIS is responsible for losses caused by its breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable law requires responsibility.
AIS does not seek to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
For business customers, AIS is not responsible for indirect business losses, loss of anticipated profits or business opportunities arising from the use of a resource, to the extent that such exclusions are lawful, reasonable and enforceable.
No limitation in these Terms removes any remedy or protection that a consumer is entitled to under applicable law.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
AIS processes customer personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy to understand how purchase information, contact details and customer enquiries are handled.
16. Changes to These Terms
AIS may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in its products, business operations or legal requirements.
Updated terms will normally apply to purchases made after the updated version takes effect.
Changes will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights already acquired by customers.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the customer.
Customers should contact AIS first if they have a concern so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court or jurisdiction available to them under applicable law.
