I am a certified yoga instructor, massage therapist, and professional hypnotist, and have been working with the mind, body, spirit connection for over 11 years. I have helped many people successfully quit smoking, chewing gum, manage their weight, and various other issues through these sessions that bring you into your subconscious. I wanted to start this business to share what has kept my well being as a sensitive soul and free spirit in this matrix world we live in.
