Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Another Chance Resale.
In-stock items are typically shipped every Monday morning.
Orders placed after shipping has occurred will be shipped the following Monday.
If a holiday falls on a Monday, shipping will resume the next business day.
Custom merchandise requires additional processing time before shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers located in the United States and Canada.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information is automatically emailed to you from this website host, PayHip.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at AnotherChanceResale1@gmail.com.
Claims for lost or damaged packages are handled through USPS insurance when applicable. Customers may be required to assist in providing information needed to complete an insurance claim.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Another Chance Resale is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Another Chance Resale, all sales are final.
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, including pre-owned, vintage, thrifted, and one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition details before making a purchase.
Damaged Shipments
If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- Any packaging materials
We will assist with filing an insurance claim through USPS when applicable.
