I am Luke Massery of Antiphonrenewal.com which is dedicated to helping Catholic Musicians recover the use of the Church's sung texts, the antiphons. I have been the Music Director at St Joseph Church in Strongsville, Ohio, for 15 years. Before that I earned a bachelors degree in Piano performance from Eastman and a masters from UMass. My masters is in piano and organ performance. I’m also a husband, father of four, autism dad, and licensed speech therapist. I’m a lover of Gregorian Chant, and direct a regional schola called Amici Cantare. I started antiphon renewal during Covid lockdowns as a way to encourage other musicians to start using more proper antiphons. I’m also the purveyor and co-creator of the entrance antiphon hymns project with colleague, Greg Heislman. This ministry has grown to include many different antiphon resources.
