Hey, I’m Shanice — the voice behind Anxiety Momster™ and creator of You vs. Anxiety.

This brand was born from survival, healing, and pure chaos — the kind only a mother of five with anxiety and panic disorder could truly understand.

I’m a wife, a woman who’s tired of faking “fine,” and someone who knows what it feels like to break silently while still showing up for everybody else. I’ve lived the panic spirals, the mental clutter, the invisible meltdowns... and I turned it all into purpose.

This shop is for us — the overthinkers, the burned-out moms, the ones managing meltdowns in our homes and our minds.

It’s for the women who want structure without shame, healing without pressure, and peace without perfection.
