Hi, I’m Louis — I’m 19 and currently completing a four-year Degree Apprenticeship in Sports Business Management at Watford Football Club. I work full-time in the club’s commercial department while studying part-time at the University of Hertfordshire.

I’m now a year into my apprenticeship journey and looking back, I can see just how tough it is to get your foot in the door - especially with apprenticeships becoming more competitive and harder to secure, year-on-year.
