Having spent 24+ years in healthcare after a bout with cancer, optimal health became a high priority for me. The cancer diagnosis at the age of 26 was definitely my wake up call. Not only did I seek the assistance of allopathic medicine, I also sought alternative medicine and thinking around health and healing. I believe in doing so are the reasons for my health and vitality today. Allopathic medicine helped me with the immediate threat, however alternative or better said, plant medicine, helped me elevate to a healthier lifestyle.
