I’m an adult migrant from a non-English-speaking background who has built a life in the English-speaking world through resilience, courage, and reinvention. My journey hasn’t been easy — I’ve faced bullying, cultural barriers, and the challenge of proving my worth across both professional and non-professional fields. With a degree in Communication and Media Studies, I founded Arise, a start-up dedicated to uplifting and uniting migrants and others on their path of growth.

Through The Way We Are, Migrant With Might and Veiled Identity, I share “pearls of knowledge” — stories and insights that give voice and representation to those who are often unseen, helping build awareness, empathy, and belonging in our shared society.
