Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my small art shop!
All products in my shop are digital downloads. Once a file has been downloaded, I am unable to offer refunds due to the nature of digital products.
However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you experience any technical issues with your download or the files are not what you expected, please contact me within 7 days of purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly — whether that’s by helping you with the download or offering a replacement file.
Please note: Refunds are not available for change of mind.

- Digital Products All items are digital downloads. You will receive instant access after payment. No physical items will be shipped.
- Personal Use License You may use the purchased wallpapers for personal devices (phones, tablets, computers). You are welcome to gift the files to friends and family.
- Commercial Use Commercial use or resale of the files (including printing for sale or using in products for sale) is not allowed without prior written permission.
- Refunds Please see our Refund Policy below. Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, refunds are limited.
- Copyright All artwork is copyrighted by Rachel Hannah Roanemermaid. You do not have the right to redistribute, share publicly, or resell the files.
- Contact If you have any questions or issues, please message me through Payhip or on X @Roanemermaid. I usually respond within 24–48 hours.
