Hi, I'm Beatrice Njeri.

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Kenya and the founder of Arukah Spring Centre. I specialize in childhood trauma recovery, PTSD, Complex PTSD, ADHD coaching, and emotional healing. My mission is to help children, adolescents, adults, and families experience lasting healing through evidence-based counseling and compassionate Christian care.

Through my books, counseling services, and educational resources, I aim to make trauma recovery accessible to people around the world.
