For more than fifteen years, he has worked across talent representation, film and television, voiceover, entertainment IP, and creative strategy. He is a former talent agent with over ten years of experience representing and developing actors and voice talent across film, television, commercial, and voiceover markets.

His background spans talent management, contract negotiation, audition strategy, IP development, market positioning, and story evaluation. André built his career studying what makes creative work not only expressive, but viable. What gets chosen. What gets packaged. What gets trusted. What gets financed. What gets booked. What gets remembered.

That same lens now shapes his writing and publishing work.

With academic training in Mass Communication and Public Administration, André blends narrative craft with systems thinking, exploring how belief, identity, structure, and human behavior influence the stories people tell and the lives they build.
