All Digital Products for download are available to purchase worldwide.

For Physical Products:

Currently we only sell within the Mainland UK - England, Scotland & Wales, (excluding the Highlands, Isles & Northern Ireland).

Due to the new GPSR directive which came into effect on 13th December 2024, We are no longer able to sell products to Northern Ireland and the EU.

All branded products from our store are fully licensed and authorised by our suppliers.

All Products from our suppliers includes VAT.

What payments do you accept ?

We accept Debit & Credit cards as well Paypal payments.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes our course. We offer a full 14 day return policy, so for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have just changed your mind you have 14 days to return your purchase for a full refund. Please inform us from the Contacts Page before returns/refunds.

Please Note that in some cases photos or videos of proof of damage may be required before requesting returns and refunds.

Once the item has been returned to us in original conditions we will refund you the cost of the item, but NOT the shipping charge or costs of transport in either direction.

Please Note that there may be cases where items can not be returned for the following reasons:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
• Face coverings (masks, glasses, neck bands/scarfs, hats etc,)
• Clothes (T-Shirts, dresses,socks, headbands, feetware etc.)
• Personal care products (soaps, beauty products)

How long is delivery?

Orders are dispatched in 1-3 days Depending on suppliers ( Monday to Friday )

Delivery:

• Free UK Delivery: 2 - 5 days (Approx), and tracked unless otherwise stated.

Delivery may be affected by holidays at times and depending on conditions set out by postal networks, delivery time may vary at times.
