Hello, I’m Ashley. Welcome to Ashley's Light. I help you shift your thinking about who you are and your life experiences. You have the power to create the life you visualize and walk in a new state of being. You're already doing it daily. I know how challenging it can be to fully accept and do this when you've been told otherwise your entire life. That's why I want to help you. I've been there. All you have to do is be open to a new way of living from the inside out, using your spiritual mind. I'll teach you how to do it.

I created Ashley's Light in order to share things I've learned as I've been on my personal journey of self love, self worth and self awareness. I've had many areas of my life that have been transformed through going within, healing my self concept and understanding myself on a spiritual level. Living a spiritual life has changed my perception which has changed my life. It is my desire to help those of you that are seeking to discover yourself on a deeper level so that you can know your worth and love yourself like never before.

My biggest teachers have been going within, accepting my life experiences and consciously shifting to the version of life I desire to live. That has equipped me to do this work more than anything. 

Spiritual living has changed my life. I am honored to help all who are ready to change their lives. In my personal time I enjoy a simple life of nurturing my family, gardening, cooking, tending to my home and creating my reality.
