I make my textures affordable as i understand we are all struggling, so please do not share the file only share the link to my shop or product.

• YOU CANNOT MODIFY THE TEXTURE HEAVILY.

The textures are MEANT to be the way i made them, only light edits of my textures are aloud.

• DO NOT CLAIM AS YOUR OWN, THESE ARE HAND DRAWN TEXTURES.

Commission EULA

An End User License Agreement (EULA) for a commission refers to legal terms in a software or digital product agreement that govern products sold via an affiliate or third-party seller model. It legally binds the customer and protects the developer's intellectual property while outlining how commissions are handled.

Time Frames/Delays.

You agree to possible delays in the commission, The service will take a few days to weeks, depending on the volume of requests, their severity, or personal circumstances. If something urgent comes up in my life, I will notify you. However, please understand that life happens, and I will compensate you if it results in significantly more time.

Do NOT claim as your own work.

I work hard to create and meet people’s expectations for avatar personalization, ensuring they reflect each individual’s vision. I truly value making these avatars special, so please do not devalue my work, which includes not gatekeeping who edits your avatar.

You CAN allow others to edit after.

Once the avatar is handed off to you, you are allowed to make any changes you see fit. However, if you modify the avatar and it becomes damaged, I am not responsible or liable for that. Additionally, if VRChat breaks your avatar in the future, I am not responsible for fixing those issues, but you can contact me for assistance.

I am NOT responsible for;

1. You losing the Unity file I have sent you after completing the service.

2. You or someone else making changes that break the avatar. 3. VRChat breaking your avatar later on.

4. Mid-service changes. If you wish to add assets or make significant changes during the commission, please compensate accordingly. My initial estimate is based on the information and materials provided to me at the beginning of the commission.

NO REFUNDS.

This service is non-refundable. Once payment is made and I begin work, there will be no refunds. If a chargeback is issued, further action will be taken.
