About Me

Hi, I’m Mrs E. I’m a certified Nutritionist, kitchen gardener, marketer, and proud mum to one very spirited toddler who thinks the veggie patch is her personal jungle gym.


My wellness journey began years ago, when I moved overseas, was running a company (hello, stress), and eating whatever I could grab between meetings — and paid the price. I ended up intolerant to gluten, dairy, and a long list of “lovely things.” Back then, there was little information around, so I rolled up my sleeves and taught myself how to eat to heal. And it worked.


Fast forward 13 years, I semi-retired (mum life) and decided to help others do the same — create wellness that’s simple, satisfying, and grounded in real life. At Home with Mrs E is where I share gut-friendly recipes, garden wisdom, nutrition tips, and plenty of practical support for busy families trying to eat well without the overwhelm.


These days, you’ll find me writing between school runs, hosting playdates, and cheering on my son’s rugby side — often with my mini-me by my side, pulling up radishes, offering unsolicited interpretive doodles, or dancing around the living room in my jewellery.
